Basketball

Shulamith Middle School maintains a basketball team that competes in the Yeshiva Middle School League. Participation in the basketball team is open to 7th and 8th graders who qualify through auditions. The team, lead by Coach Mindy Aryeh, improves its skills, develops values of sportsmanship, discipline and teamwork, learns that winning isn’t everything and also develops friendship bonds across grades even as they meet students from other schools with interests similar to theirs.
